Friends of High Park Zoo (FHPZ) was formed in 2012 to raise the necessary funds to ensure that the Zoo remained open in the wake of City budget cuts for the 2012 and 2013 operating years.

The Dream In High Park
Many thanks to the Canadian Stage Company and all those who came out for the July 16 performance of Romeo and Juliet. A nice portion of the proceeds were donated to Friends of High Park Zoo.
The Llama pen is now closed for the season.
We look forward to welcoming everyone back in May 2026!
The Zoo is open every day from 9am to 5pm.
